Morning Hearth is a micro‑bakery based in Katy, Texas, offering small‑batch baked goods, including sourdough breads and related products. We operate on a limited‑production basis with scheduled pickup times.

2. Ordering & Availability

• All products are offered in limited quantities and are subject to availability.

• Orders must be placed through our official ordering platform (Hotplate) or other links provided by Morning Hearth.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. No Cancellations, Refunds, or Changes

All sales are final.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

• This includes changes to pickup dates, times, or items ordered.

• We do not offer refunds or credits for missed pickups, personal scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

4. Pickup Policy

• Orders are prepared for scheduled pickup only.

• Please arrive at or after your selected pickup time.

• Early pickups are not possible under any circumstances.

• Late pickups are allowed within reason; however, Morning Hearth is not responsible for quality changes after the pickup window.

• Unclaimed orders may be donated or discarded without refund.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

• Morning Hearth operates in compliance with applicable Texas Cottage Food Laws.

• Our kitchen may handle or contain wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, and other allergens.

• While care is taken, cross‑contamination is possible.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining suitability for their dietary needs.

Morning Hearth is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse health effects.

6. Product Nature & Variability

• All products are handmade and naturally fermented.

• Variations in appearance, texture, size, flavor, and crumb structure are normal and expected.

• Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds.

• Proper storage and timely consumption are the responsibility of the customer after pickup.

• Morning Hearth is not responsible for spoilage, quality changes, or food safety once products leave our possession.
